Jon Phillips

Construction Manager

Jon Phillips, Construction Manager for Mitigation Resources of North America, has been in the industry for 21 years, bringing decades of experience in operations, maintenance and construction.

Jon began his mining career after serving in the United States Marine Corps, where he attended Corporal School.

Jon has worked with the NACCO Natural Resources portfolio of companies in various capacities, including area manager for North American Coal and Operations Supervisor for North American Mining. His role at Mitigation Resources is to oversee the construction of each project and to provide each supervisor with the tools needed to complete each task safely and efficiently.

In his free time, Jon and his wife spend as much time with their two kids as possible – hunting, fishing and watching their kids play sports.
