Drew Haley

Director of Operations

Drew has been a member of the Mitigation Resources family since 2012, serving now as our director of operations. He oversees all of our projects and sites “from the cradle to the grave,” assisting in the initial evaluation of potential projects and overseeing permitting, construction, maintenance, and monitoring. Drew earned bachelor degrees in history and geology from The University of Alabama, followed by a master’s in business administration from The University of Alabama-Birmingham. Before he started working for Mitigation Resources, Drew had spent his entire career in the mining industry.

Drew says that he wants to be someone that everyone can depend on, no matter their role with Mitigation Resources. Drew takes pride in knowing “that I am part of an organization that really cares for its employees.” He loves to spend his free time with his wife and two daughters, and he also enjoys the outdoors, “whether hunting, fishing, or just walking in the woods.”
