As Environmental Specialist for Mitigation Resources of North America, Adam Lethco provides a wide range of services: wetland and stream delineations, stream surveying (SQT), tree planting and site preparation, monitoring sites post-construction, and wildlife management.
Adam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management from the University of Tennessee with a minor in Wildlife Management and previously worked as a self-employed forester and contract timber feller and tree climber.
Prior to joining the team full-time, Adam was asked to assist the field staff with vegetation plots in Tennessee. “The work and projects they were undertaking piqued my interest,” he said. “From that point on, I took every opportunity to learn more about the mitigation industry and help the Mitigation Resources team until they hired me in 2021.”
In his free time, Adam spends as much time with his wife and two kids, hunting, fishing, and farming on their small hobby farm in east Tennessee. He also travels the country, racing chainsaws and competing in woodchopping competitions.
